And to think , I told my partner we shouldn't come here.... Here we are furious and frustrated Firstly, after the lady at the door did the sanitizing and temperature check....she moved on with here life... We had to figure out where to sit Ok , we sat ourselves down ..... NO ONE CAME TO CHECK US ...... NO ONE ! NIEMAND! all the staff members just kept so busy with Mops and brooms , walking around aimlessly! As I type this , we are still in the damn place , and still haven't been asked if we wanna ORDER..... Its 16:25...., we arrived here at 15:50

A large enough spur with a play area for kids. Service we received was lackluster with increased waiting times for our food, even while the restaurant was quiet. Our waiter didn't wear a name badge, introduce herself and was inattentive.

I know with social distancing and all we have to wait to be seated at any restaurant. But as we are waiting we see people leave and the que to go inside doesn't get any shorter. We can see the empty tables that takes forever to be cleaned and the person that takes everyone to their tables does not communicate with the people in the que at all. We have been waiting for more than 20min with open tables in sight (the ones you are allowed to sit not the ones that needs to stay empty due to social distancing) this service is pathetic to say the least.

Because of Covid, the restaurant has a certain number of people that they accommodate at a time, my friend and I had to wait outside for people inside to finish eating and leave but even after there were openings the guy in charge of sitting took his time to let us in. We waited for long for our food and the waitress was very unfriendly. Flies were all over our table and we had to make sure that they don't touch our food. Disappointing!!!!

This spur is nothing in comparison to the Majuba Mall Spur. The food took forever to arrive, and when it did, the chips were not fresh. Won't be back and spur, please don't send a generic response to this review.
