Bad service honestly, I just had an accident..and I presented distraught, confused and frustrated...and looking for a quotation to fix my car... gentlemen at the parts section asks me to take a photo of my vin number...I come back less than 10 seconds later and he is attending someone else and I had to wait a further 15 minutes. Poor customer service!
