If I could rate my experience below 1, I would. The process of acquiring my first home should have been an exciting one but as soon as I signed the papers and got my bond approved, I no longer got any form of communication. I had to frequently call the conveyancers to find out how far along my process was only to find that certain information had been withheld from me when I made the offer to purchase. Clearly I was only as good as my purchase, nothing more. I was not guided about the steps to follow and not even my keys were handed to me by the agent but I had to be called by the previous owner when he was ready to move. No appropriate handover whatsoever. I’m highly disappointed. What was meant to become a great achievement for me ended to my dismay
