It was very bad. The service we experienced with the technician was utterly out of order, we waited for more than 7hours to get our car maintained on top of that the car came out not fully maintained. Thank Goodness the service manager at that place was kind enough to give us a discount, that's all the good we ever got after a REALLY bad service. Improve on your attitude and service delivery please

If you're looking for a car HORROR STORY look no further than Renault Newcastle!!! They're service is nothing short of dismal. Please have a good lawyer (if jail isn't for you) on standby for common things like licensing as this will take them 3 months (2 X 21 day permits), or that spare tire that wasn't included when you pick up your car. Carry water with you, so you can test your "new wipers" - this is a must!!! Doesnt matter if the car is a 2018 model and looks good- mine was!!! Its easy to swap parts. But if youre the kinda person that likes a challenge and loves being put on hold - you've just found your dream dealership.
