The meat is good(at times), the quality of service from the manager is horrible, I went there 3 times, 3 different days, couldn't get beef short-ribs. I was referred to the manager and on all occasions he listened and walked away, never came back. The butchery only serves you well if you are a big customer, on Saturday I was told they are only dealing with bulk orders so I will not be assisted. It would be nice to get that notice in advance before I sit through traffic to shayandima in the scorching heat to learn my R600.00 order of short rib is too little.
