Ordered from Reader's Warehouse Cape Town. The parcel was delivered to Dawn Wing's Nandi Drive warehouse in good time. Since then it has been almost a week and I still don't have the parcel. They say tomorrow 27 January 2021, but who knows? And I am literally 15 minutes away from the warehouse. I ordered a parcel from England using another company and it reached me in 4 days including a weekend... Dawn Wing used to be one of the best, and their pricing reflected that. Now I highly recommend using another courier company where possible...

I paid extra to have my daughters blazer delivered from Pretoria to Durban overnight (this was on Friday 19.03.2021) it arrived Tuesday afternoon (23.03.2021) 14h15 clearly marked overnight and to be delivered by Saturday by 11am. Thanks Dawn Wing, my daughter was the only kid at the blazer ceremony without hers. you suck.
I have now had two issues with Dawn wing and the service has been absolutely pathetic. The first incident I ordered a present for my boss for her birthday and the delivered the parcel to the wrong person and when phoning to let them know that I got notification saying it was delivered, they were not helpful what so ever. The second time I ordered through a company of which uses Dawn wing, I ordered express delivery and they were supposed to deliver it yesterday (7/01/2021) and it is yet to come, I had to phone in about 4/5 times as they kept putting the phone down on me, the one consultant informed me that it would be delivered today (as the delivery was delayed and got to the Durban Branch late), fast forward to today - I phoned just to check in and they said it would only be delivered on Monday (11/01/2021), of which means I have wasted money on a service of which has not been delivered. I am absolutely appalled by their service skills. Not friendly and easy to deal with and highly unreliable!!!
Apparently being centrally located in Durban is an "outlying area". has taken over a week to get a parcel that would normally be delivered in 2 days with any other courier company. No phone call, no email, no update on my parcel. Just stated "delivery on certain days". Will refuse to do business with anyone who uses this company for courier services.
Very quick and efficient service very staff
I called just now receptionist was so rude couldn't even tell me if my parcel was with the driver. Says no she can't call me only the driver can yes I understand that. I only needed to know if it left so I could have picked the parcel myself because I was nearby. She was so arrogant. I am leaving work at 12 and if the driver arrives after 12 and I'm in Redhill Durban. Omw more negatives than positive. I have already sent an email to tekkie town to stop using Dawn Wing and to check the reviews first. SORRY GUYS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS NUMBER ONE. You guys don't have that.
Pathetic service. Delivery is never on time. The supplier I purchase from only uses Dawnwing. Every single time their delivery is delayed by days. I received parcels from America much quicker then Dawnwing delivers within South Africa.
