Took my car in for its first service. Excellent service from Reception at the door, Eben, Kestell and the young lady in the service department.

Useless service. Took my car in to have the shocks tested specifying I am from out of town. Waited the whole day only to be told the shock testing machine is not working. On second occasion phoned to state I needed a new windscreen wiper tubing. I get called after waiting the whole day again to say they do not keep stock AFTER I stated exactly what was required. Now after eventually getting it fixed they have failed to fix the rear tubing and water is spilling from underneath the car. This will be the fourth trip made at my expense. Utterly pathetic service.
