It's clean and very efficient
Very disappointed right now I ordered a cake yesterday vanilla flavour for my sister, I sent my younger sister to pick it up her spelling for name was wrong, just found out that thy gave us chocolate cake now n she's allergic to chocolate what a waste of time n money
Conveniently but sometimes too crowded & have to wait on the queue.

Pick n pay manager he's so good nd helpfully and I was happy when he admit their mistakes he knows how to treat customer with respect and dignity .... Until I meet security guy who was rude and insulting me bacause of their mistake ... Pick n pay I will advise if you can teach security's how to respect customer u dnt just say whatever u wanna say to the customer .. Customer always l right even though we are wrong sometimes. When I left pick n pay I was very angry today....but thanks to the pick n pay manager just that I forgot his name but I think is something like this( mfhithini)
