I had a bad experience here simply because of a rude security guard with no manners and no respect for customers .he was monitoring the line at around 10:30 that day .i dropped my son by the end of the queue so i could drive inside to park my car , when i went to join my son on the queue he accused me of lying about going to park when the car guide saw and assisted me park . the security guard was rude , even swearing at me calling all names you can think of simply because i was telling him that i was joining my son on the queue because first i had to come in and park the car . I reported this matter to an Indian guy that said he will go look at the footage and see if i was telling funny enough he too never came back to me , I was refused entry stood outside for two hours . i asked for the manager from two more people who never called the manager for me .I am disgusted with the service you give to customers .T o think that I had come there to shop not to borrow and i am treated like trash and called names by a security guard who got away with it. I was ill treated , undermined and disrespected.
