The service at North MEC Port Elizabeth is very poor and their staff are very unprofessional and unorganized. They do not have parts for case tractors and treats me as if I cant afford the parts... Meanwhile I only use case implements on my farm. I am disgusted and suggest that the public rather work through the Bloemfontein branch.
