I came across a gentleman at Cashbuild who was deserving of a medal of wonderful customer service. I was referred to him by "alright" staff and he came to the front and put pleasure in my shopping experience. My troublesome electricity situation at home was resolved before leaving and the advice given to me by him as to what I needed to buy versus what I wanted was on point.
