Pathetic service from Vishen from Redhill branch .Promised to call me a week ago but I'm still waiting.I called to follow up and then again promised to call with no call back.I brought in a product I purchased for testing but still waiting over a week.Absolutely shocking service .Will never return to this branch

Went to Northside (North Coast Road) a few times and in the last two times thats i went there I was assisted by Kuvesh and I am very pleased with the way he works, also knows what customers are talking about when describing what they need, unfortunately I'm not happy with other salesman there as they feel as if we are there for handouts. No wonder Kuvesh is always busy as we customers feel happy to be assisted by him. I suggest monitor the other salesman, teach them how to greet and not to just leave a customer standing and wondering when they will be assisted while salesman are free!!!
