Friendly staff, very helpful. The boss lady was a little cheeky, seemed irritated by my questions. But I was able to get everything I needed for my daughter at reasonable prices.

Excellent Service from Nu Shop. I had an issue with my card and online shopping. Phoned the store and a lady by the name of Tasleema assisted me. The service was prompt,efficient and hassle free all with the assistance of Tasleema. She even phoned to let me know the stages of delivery. Super pleased with her help as I battled to get these items at other stores.
