Tried to purchase a ladies watch, informed that there is no tool to remove strap links. Also the shop is locked from the inside and you have to jump around to get inside. Feels like the staff don't want to do business or be bothered by customers.

Visited the store today and the staff were reasonably friendly and helpful. Found a ring that I liked but the store didn't have it in my size. I requested that they order it but was informed it cannot be done and there is no national stock database so cannot locate it at other stores... Doesn't seem like they want to do business

Great service with absolutely incredible prices. The staff are more than willing to assist in any way, be it deciding on the right piece or resizing it. Overall, a great selection for both male and female, coupled with such good prices, NWJ is a perfect choice for anyone on a budget or otherwise!

Well the NWJ in Moffet On Main has no listing so I use your site to post. Why no watch batteries since last year. So why advertise that you can do watch battery replacement. Why is HQ not supplying? IS THERE A CASH FLOW problem?
