Had problems since the beginning. Getting a set date was an issue because they insisted on payment first which is not a problem but payment can not be approved until I provide a date for the service. A day beforehand they wanted to change the time which is very unprofessional and I had to book all the Engineers in advanced and most of them had other appointments with customers. When they arrived they did not bring all the equipment so this caused more delays. A week later we had to ask for the documents via email. We requested for complete original reports and response to this mail was only received 3 days later. Very unprofessional communication especially from Linah! 3weeks and 1 day after medicals were done we followed up again for the original documents and she kindly informed me that it hasn't been a month yet, which we still have not received and we need to collect ourselves.
