Absolutely pathetic customer service. Bought an item and tried to return it a week later due to being defective. I understand that the term Caveat emptor always applies, but rather telling us politely they couldn't accept the item back, the manager ( i think ) loses the plot and rants and raves and being sick and tired about customers like us. A message to that lady " Customers are the only reason you are open. "
