Good service but systems were a bit slow

The experience at the albertina sisulu store is really bad, l went in the store at 11 in the morning to exchange a kettle that l bought on Fri which l also wanted to test before l left the shop but was told it is okay only to find out after 2 days that it is leaking, The store is under staffed to get service is just a nightmare l saw Some customers leaving the shop frustrated I went in shop at 11 in the morning and left 15.30 for buying just a TV and with cash OK furnishers is my favorite shop but as of late the service is really bad
