The second time in 2 weeks that this company ( who is now on a new name ) has put us in a great dilemma by not delivering our orders on time after giving them 2-3 days' order notice. This has never happened before under the old management ....maybe new incompetent owners/management do not realise that communication and ON TIME delivery in the catering bussiness is essential. Delivering an incomplete order without notifying us causes us great harm with our chef s planning. How disappointing and inexcusable .
