We visited for a quick lunch. Nice atmosphere and friendly waitress. I had the spareribs and it was some of the best I had in a very very long time. Overall it was a good experience and worth a visit.

We had a schnitzel and a ribs basket. Both were delicious. The italian food also looks out of this world. Will be trying it tomorrow:-)

We had dinner at On the Rocks. We were regular customers for years. Tonight was a huge disappointment. We ordered snails in garlic butter for a starter. We could not finish the bread coming with the dish as there was barely any garlic butter served. The steak we ordered was served with a very sweet sauce (not nice at all). We understand this Restaurant is under new management and if this is the kind of food they are going to serve, they will not see us again.

We were there in December. In fact three times. Had a variety of dishes including the peri peri prawns. But the winner and most succulent the rump and ribs. If this place was in Gauteng you would have had to book months in advance their food is that good. Many of our Gauteng upmarket restaurants can go learn a few tricks there. Out of this world
