Let us have balanced objective reporting. I have been using One Life for many years since they were in Centurion Mall and they have helped me prevent and manage my many health conditions I have without relying on doctors and dangerous pharmaceutical products. I never experience the bad service being complained of. From when JJ was still there and the current personnel I always receive best advice. I never had issues except that stock often runs out on many items I use frequently like Buffered C, Advanced Buffered C, Epsom Salt and other Vivid products. When available the products are no longer in the bigger packaging they used to come in. Understandably Covid-19 has created more traffic to the store as well as more demand than supply can cope with. Some customers buy bulk and buy all available stock of certain products hence the shortages coupled with limited availability of raw materials for the products. Some alternative products are however available from other retailers and online.

For some reason, every time I visit this store or call I get the worst service I have ever had in my life. The staff have such an attitude on the phone and I truly do not feel like a valued customer when I visit, you would think in a time like this Onelife would value the business from their loyal customers. I unfortunately have no other store that stocks the products I usually purchase otherwise I would go elsewhere. What a shame.

Great little store in Centurion, can get busy on weekends. Get all our supplements here, pity there is no vegan meat alternatives...please stock up.

This is place is such a little gem. Nestled nicely in a quite spot in Centurion, the selection is vast, and staff are friendly, helpful and personable! At first glance when I walked in, it seemed that their stock looked minimal, many things but only a few of each thing; but I soon found out why! I paced the shop, happily taking in every item and ingredient list when I noticed the traffic, people came and left and stock went with them. HIGH TURNOVER! :) plus, natural products don’t have preservatives in them and tend to not last as long on shelves. They keep their stock fresh and if they don’t have what you want, they offer to source it for you or chat through alternatives that they may have! Lots of locally made products, which is just amazing! Supporting the South African businesses and communities. Prices are also reasonable and definitely cheaper than places like Wellness Warehouse. Superb! It’s a great place for anyone looking to go greener in their life!
