Found out about them through a deal on daddy deals! Car was super clean and was brought straight to me as I came out of the airport. Great experience!

If it was possible to give them no stars i would. i arrived at 11 pm to get there and my car being nowhere to be seen, once i called them they said they had no car of the description and that i must have giving my car to another company. Thank God i took a picture of the guy who took my car and the contract that i signed. then once i sent them this they turned there phone off. i send countless messages and they just ignored it a hour later they pitch with my car. no apology... NOTHING!!!! I will never use them again and will recommend to everyone i know to stay away!!!!!!!!!!!! USELESS & INCOMPETENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As per the previous lady I would also give them no stars. Phon4ed them as plane took off from Durban just to be extra sure and said I would be there at the pick up point at 9.15pm. They messed me about till nearly 10pm. They are never standing where their info sheet says and you have to run around looking for them. Try someone else.

As a photographer I travel extensively and sometimes on last minute notice and I have been using Air-O-Car to store my car for approximately the past 4 years, they are always happy to help even when I have to book at last minute or with very little notice, they are always available. I have never ever had a problem, the drivers are amazing, very friendly and efficient as well as the office staff and owners. My car always comes back to me well looked after, clean, and never even a scratch. I would recommend Air-O-Car to anyone anytime.

Useless company who doesn't even deserve a star rating, had a booking with them from the 21st February to 24th February they didn't even bother to call me to find out where I was at the time they were supposed to collect my vehicle I'm just glad I didn't bother using them and found another means of parking because it's the next day and still no call to find out what's happening... Also couldn't find them at the area they were supposed to collect my vehicle...

To be completely honest, it felt weird in the beginning to give my car to the company, since you read a lot of dodgy stories about these kind of parking companies on the internet. But I have to say that everything worked out in the end and was a lot better than I expected. The driver came to the airport on time (both times) and brought the car back a lot cleaner than it was before. They also only drove the car for the amount of km that they said they would (their parking is around 13 km away from the airport). I have nothing to complain about and will use them again. Thank you!

On Sunday I arrived home from Cape Town to find that I had a puncture and the guy was stuck just outside the airport. I had no jack and had lock nuts on my wheels. The partner took a jack to the driver of my car and I told them where to locate the lock nut. They changed my wheel and brought it to me with smiles. I highly recommend them.

If you value your life dont use AeroCar. Literally left my Mother at the airport 10 pm at night and NO one was there. Phoned them only to tell me that they dont have my car, and that they dont have it on record. Had to send ALL my documents 10 at night for them to wake up and Drive to the airport!! Oh and then they turned off their phones Worst Place EVER! Rather Uber and save yourself time, money and have a piece of mind
