It was okay the job was done the payment plan worked for us BUT ORCA AUTOBODY AND REPAIRS!!!!! What you have done to us was almost a rip off we are very disappointed at how you handled our complaint after the the pannelbeating was done we called you back to complain that some of our car parts don't work.... The Immobilizer doesn't work, the speedometer doesn't, now the electronic watch in the car doesn't work. We have called to report these things as they were working just fine before you fixed the car and you give us attitude saying that we are the ones who caused the damage... My question is that is this how you treat customers who complain to you??? Why not look into the problem and try to resolve it instead of refusing to look into the matter??... If this is how you treat customers that pay through a payment plan the I do not recommend this company to anyone with a problem .. I only have 1 star simply cos you fixed the dent but I would have rather given you half a star... I suspect that the immobiler not working could be caused by parts stolen hopefully anyone reading this will take into consideration this review before making a decision.
