I did a BLS course. Training program was standard as per the Resuscitation Coincil. But the administrative services are appauling. The communication is terrible, it has been over 4 weeks since completion of my course and I have still not received my CPD certificate. Promises have been made that it will be delivered numerous times, but this has not happened. I have requested to pick up my certificate myself and they can not answer me as to wether or not it is even at the premises. I keep being told that they have to speak to the training manager who seems to never be available. I have called almost every day, without any resolution! I would recommend you use another company for training and save yourself the frustration!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!!!!!!
