I cannot comment on the quality of the product as I have not received my order that I placed over 2 months ago. I can however state the communication skills and client service is very poor, no straight up answers for the delays, no feedback as to expected delivery times and now messages and calls get ignored...... Update: Managed to get hold of a sales consultant last week and was promised communication regarding the status of my order by Monday 31 Aug, it is now Wednesday 2 Sept 2020 and still no feedback. Numeral follow ups and nothing.

Paid for adjustable bench. Delivery promised on 28 August. This after I followed up with the office. No delivery took place. I have repeatedly tried to call the sales consultant and office. Eventually, I got a call from the consultant stating that deliveries were suspended pending stock take. Notwithstanding this absurd reason, I was promised that I would be contacting to advise re the new delivery date. Again, nothing forthcoming. I have no idea what is going on and as yet cannot get a hold of them. I question the legitimacy of this company.
