Total Vaal has a small shop and fuel as any other gas station, but it's not so busy, that you have to pass when you are late. You can stop and will be helped with a smile - the staff has always been friendly with me, and the shop has always had what I needed. Situated basically on the outside of Orkney, just off the main road, so you will have to turn off the main road to get there, but it's one of only two gas stations on the route.
