Poor service, staff no help and whats worse is the pure lack of interest in what they are doing

Worst service delivery EVER!!! Been waiting for a month for them to order a phone. Every time we follow up they give two different stories to me and my husband. They never even placed our order, unfriendly, unsuffiecent service delivery!!! Please train the staff of MTN Oudtshoorn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! POOR service delivery, staff even ate at their desks

So very disappointed with this shop. They never answer their phone. When you go into the shop, they lounge around and it always seems that you are bothering them. The staff needs to be reprimanded or replaced.Cannot believe that they actually receive salaries for not doing their jobs!!!
