As a students here, giving it a star rating is a difficult task because as much as I have love for this school, I also notice the many things they get wrong. Many of the rules are outdated or obscure in the current age, but accurately represent the culture and thinking of the town. I may not agree with the way that some of the teachers teach or deal with regulations, but these very teachers will often go out of their way to help you. This is one of the most diverse schools out there and will challenge you or your child's perspective on the world, South Africa and themselves. There are complete morons here, and people so clever that it astounds me; people who grew up with nothing and those who grew up with everything. The school is very safe, unless your child is a little s**t then they will receive some backlash from students. But I have yet to see a full out fight on the school terrain in my 5 years here. If your child can't handle a joke, homeschool them.
