Bought a National Luna ice maker from their Alberton branch. After 2 weeks it started tripping the house. Took it back to them, they tested it and confirmed something is wrong but they cannot replace it or even make a decision. They had to send it back to National Luna. A week later they only send it to the manufacturer. And a week layer the manufacturer says there is nothing wrong. Not a great experience and certainly not happy with the product. I realise its better to deal wth the big retailers like Makro who are empowered to make decisions when a product is faulty.
