The East London Outdoor Warehouse always has everything we need. On the rare occasion that they don't, they will get it for you. The staff is friendly, helpful and highly knowledgeable. They are always eager to help. I love this shop and always end over spending. Highly recommend!

I phoned in to query a product that they confirmed they had in stock. However, when I got there, it was not in stock but they did offer me a better alternative so I am quite happy. I went back again, and although the chap helping me was not proficient in thinking 'out of the box', he was helpful and I did find a solution to my outdoor needs.

I was NOT impressed.. ... looked on the sale table and found an item with its original price on.....there were about 5 packs of these.......enquired with the sales lady as to what the sale price is. . Only to be told that is the sale price... what a lie and false advertising of sale items. I got her to enquire with manager and her sent a message back saying that is the sale price.......I had been in the shop last week and those items were not on sale at the exact price......how dare they .....they are deliberately fooling people into buying something on sale ... yet it is the normal price. I got the lady to check online......there too normal price .....NOT IMPRESSED ..... this is the second time this has happened with prices. I have had other bad experiences there so will not be recommending that store to people any longer. Unfortunately I had to tap a star to continue
