Bad didnt have stock ot what i needed. Person helping me said am i sure that i have the senior gazebo where as i bought the jumbo and on it states jumbo. No side walls stock of the jumbo gazebo. Have to order online

Asked about the warranty on a hiking backpack if the clips or zip broke am i covered. I asked twice 2 different sales person's bought of them said they don't know and didn't even bother finding out for me so. Don't expect expert advice or knowledge for them do your own research

So little outdoor warehouse places in Western Cape. The most friendliest people I have ever met. We are still waiting for an email or a call regarding our tent sides. We were given the incorrect sides and was told it would take 2 days as they would do an overnight delivery. After that, we went to the place, only to hear that it will only be sent to the branch after stocktake on 27 February. Well, today a month after, we still waiting for that phone call. Now we sitting with incorrect sides that we paid almost a thousand rand and no care from outdoor warehouse. Found other places better and cheaper and will never set a foot again in there. Extremely poor service.
