My wife and I were busy discussing the National Luna fridge options with a sales person, because we want to purchase a double 90 litre fridge today. The salesman told us that the fridge we wanted is not in stock, but we could buy the one on display as a demo. We asked if there would be discount for the demo. He went to ask his manager, who returned with him and put a new price increase tab on the fridge that we wanted to buy! We could not believe what we were seeing and asked her if she was joking. She said no and that there was a price increase from today. Well, you simply cannot find a more effective way of chasing away a regular customer! I'm now on my way to Makro or Takelot to buy the same fridge there. As a business owner myself, I find this as the worst sales experience I have ever had. ( Note that I gave this store a 5 star review a year ago!)
