Called to insure a 2010 golf 6. Got quoted over R2200!! I have had my Licence for over 15 years with no accidents. Medical aid is cheaper!!! Their the consultant fed me a bu!!sh!t story about my current insurance who insured me for just over R600. They told me to review my current insurance as they may not pay me if needed. Insured a similar car with budget for R650 over a year ago. No stories with them just great service. R2200 for a golf 6? OUTSURANCE CATCH A WAKE UP!!!

I have dealt with outsurance with car and household emergencies and i must honestly say that they are best well trained personnel to assist when in emergency. Well done Guys, keep up the good work
This 5 star goes to Ratish Kandhai. I made my first claim and I am a very anxious type but he spoke to me like a brother and gave me some advise I really felt like everything will be fine. Outsurance contacted me at first and I dnt regret the decision to join them. I have had thoughts of leaving due to covid 19 financial restraints but trust me they have a thing going on with their comfort ......
Not impressed at all, the agent that signed me up for the policy lied about the amount I would be covered for in the event of accident damage. Absolutely pathetic service You guys deserve a zero rating. Please ensure policy is cancelled with immediate effect
I insured my Ford ranger 3.2l double turbo with them. Chose them even though their quote was the highest because of my previous experience with them. A taxi failed to stop at a robot and smashed into my car. I almost lost my 3 year old daughter. On top of that trauma, outsurance found a reason not to pay for a 2019 model car, car in sick and span condition and accident that was clearly not my fault. Why do we insure cars if when a tragedy like this happens, outsurance does not pay?

Scams,made a quote with them but they could not beat my current premium but never gave me the 500 they claim they give when they can't beat a premium
I requested a quote for my daughter's vehicle. They could not match the quote given to her buy discovery insure. They claim on TV that if they cannot match the quote then they will pay R500 back. They did not pay even after I made calls to them
