Atlas Towers approached me to erect a tower on a property I own which becomes a base for cellphone service providers. There are options where the property is rented from the owner per month or where the owner sell a portion of the land to the company. I would strongly recommend that u just stay out of the deal. 5 years into it I find the agreement one sided, they skip payments on the electrical bill and it piles up for up to 3 months on a municipal account reflecting your name. Consider whether the tiny bit of rent and little increase per year is worth it for u. Also from the beginning one thing is promised and the result it totally different. Eg 160 square meter of the property became 180 square meter when the building was finished. To late to change. The gate was smaller than agreed on and an agreement I made with Stefan was not honoured re the yearly escalation. Calculate your risk and verify every step with a lawyer. If they really want your piece of land they will pay for the lawyers cost. Good luck
