Sold to new owners. Ratings should be be reset. Management is rude and obnoxious. Blames the client for mistakes made on their part and makes you feel like they are doing you, a paying client, a huge favour for everything they do. KIA HQ needs to investigate why the standards aren't being uphold at Paarl Branch
