ON TAP, OFF RESPECT. I'll wait my turn, your colleague is busy with another customer, you are working on the computer, even though you see me and you choose to ignore me. But, when another customer barges in and you decide to help him and still ignore me, that is not only unprofessional, it's disrespectful. Took my R 5,500 business to Build-it. They got everything I wanted, including respect. The upside: they turn out to be cheaper as well.
