Very committed and efficient staff. Very impressed by the way manager Nomfundo and her waiter resolved our issue. No noise no show offs. Thanks for the 5 star treatment. Definitely coming back

Placed an order over the phone to eat in because we were in a bit of a rush. Asked the lady for a Vegetarian pizza, apparantly there is no vegetarian on their menu, and so it was a custom order of which she didnt mention it to us. I'm not complaining, but if you know you having a special on a pizza, I think you should notify the client first. It was a Tuesday and their classic pizza's were R79 if I'm not mistaken, but instead paid R119 for a vegetarian pizza. Other than that, food was great.

My first time at this Panarottis. The waiter may have been nervous. The service has room to improve (may not be a true reflection of the restuarant, because this rating is based on 1 experience). They handled the social distancing regulations really well.

Terrible service, waitress didn't explain breakfast options. Had no vegetarian menu for breakfast. Ended up walking out and into opposition mug anf bean across from them. Not recommended
