This place is one of the worst places when it comes to supporting families that are mourning. They are of no help, an investigation is required on how they skip bodies and process the ones that come after. The nerve to drop calls when they are being called instead of answering the phone and explain their situation. Receptionists there are getting paid for nothing. Useless people.
