Reinhart helped me as a NEWBY with my recently bought Model T ...even though we bought it from another person ....he still honored his van s queries , repairs to my poles and a new wheel cover and a training session on helping me put the tent up and down correctly ...they were friendly helpfull and a pleasure to see a family business still bashing away in these tuff times ...thanks Reinhart....
I would like to comment on the experience I had going to Skipper Tent trailers Office. I was met by a very friendly lady and a super helpful Gentleman. I was on my way to purchase a second hand Skipper T and stopped in to get some pointers as to what to look at when buying second hand. This gentleman, knew I was not going to purchase new or from them directly but went out of his way to explain what to look for when buying a second hand skipper. Also pointing out where to look and what to be wary of. I was beyond impressed. In South Africa, customer service is non existent. But in this case the gentleman went over and beyond. Even though I did not buy new. I went ahead and bought a second hand skipper. I bought having full confidence in the company and what they stand for. From the bottom of my heart I want to say thank you. When I do buy my first new trailer, without a doubt it will be a skipper.
I popped in for a visit as I was that side of the world one day with some time to spare. I have admired a few of their trailers at camp sites so I had to stop by. Oh how I would love to own one of their well constructed units.
Skipper is the best campers ever on SA market! Camp and tow like a dream on tar and gravel road. Very easy to put up. Waiting for our Oyster LTX end of June 2019. Had the Model TLT, upgrade now. Did Sani Pass up from Heimville and tour in Lesotho for two weeks, Hole In The Wall, Mazeppa bay, Morgansbay 3 weeks trip, entire Namaqua Flower Route and West Coast over a 30days trip, and we did many more exiting trips in our Model TLT over the 3yrs we had the Model TLT. Cant wait for our OYSTER LTX now to do Botswana, Kgalagadi, Namibia up to Rundu, Ruacana, Osikati, Epupa Falls etc. Robbie, Jenny, Reinhardt and their tream are the best, excellent customer service and after sales service. Once a Skipper owner Always a Skipper owner.
I was really impressed although I am not a camper I did it for 20 years and now I don't want to but this skipper is swaying my thinking.....

Tent trailers manufactured on site. The owner is so proud of their workmanship and is happy to show you around and explain any of the models they have available. Spotlessly clean and definitely a must see place to view these unique trailers.
