Excellent service and great that they do one way trailer rentals
Initially good service after booking and collecting trailer. An arrangement was made to return trailer before 13:00 on the Sunday since I had to travel back from far and the sales assistant confirmed this was no problem. Returned the trailer before 13:00 with the same sales assistant who assisted me with the arrangement just to be approached with a snotty attitude to say it had to be returned before 09:00 and when I replied that we made an arrangement his answer to me was "i see a thousand people on a day". Not impressed!
A quick rental went smooth after I booked a trailer online.

Always receive prompt speedy service and prices are on the ball. Wont rent anywhere else.
Ran into a problem and called to ask them if they could please help me by waiting for 10 min after they close to just drop off the trailer they refused to help.
