Partners unisex receptionist tells me they don't do Flatirons only..it is done with hair cuts...whaaaat??? And the on duty stylist says they do - R70 I ask to speak to the manager, receptionist says hold on... The stylist politely offers me a seat till manager arrives.. Cavendish mall Same boutique , serving one side disgusting service,the other side serving superb service .....what a rude, nasty piece of work the receptionist is.. I would have left...but the stylist saved the day.n.this time...
