Your Parys branch is closed at 10h00 in the morning! Rediculous! I have travelled from Pretoria to visit my grandmother in the old age hom. She has mouth cancer. I wanted to treat her to some ice cream as she can only eat soft foods. Pathetic that this branch wants to clean the ice cream machine at 10h00 on a Sunday!

Good milkshakes and ice-cream
Ordered a first waffle which was raw... reported it and was served another raw waffle... asked for management who argued that the waffle was fine and refused to refund... manager rudely insisted on replacing it with a third waffle which was really disappointing as it too was not on standard
