Have been using Pastel Printers for about the last 5 years, maybe longer. Have dealt with Tammy and Kevin and always had excellent, friendly and prompt assistance with orders. They are both great, down-to-earth folk!! I would unhesitatingly strongly recommend Pastel Printers for any printing job. Definitely deserve a massive 5 star rating!!!

I used to get Hayden and Tammy to do lots of work for me. Never had a problem but with the new owner I have had problems with every order.
Always prompt and quick with service and always very helpful and welcoming to their customers. Always affordable.
I was never greeted or felt valued as a customer coming into your store. Customer service not good.
Pastel printers gave me great service and were able to meet my special requirements and deliver on time.
The is this rude lady at the front desk, when you ask if your t shirts are ready, before you even answer she says "We will call you when they are ready" 3 days after the day she said she will call me. I give them a call and they say your package is ready.
