It was my first time there and the experience was very pleasant,,Henrik was so professional and helped us with everything. Showcased the merchandise in a professional and appealing manner ,,,..vast range to choose from ,, and excellent quality ,, and the staff in general were very pleasant and attentive. I drove almost 20km to see and buy a patio set I saw online, only to have no one available to assist for 20min. I walked all 3 floors and no one. I asked the front desk lady to please find someone and her response was that everyone is busy. Yet 2 staff members were huddled one the far end in a fat chat, and staff milling around the offices. Clearly, Patio Warehouse has made enough sales for 2020 that they don't need to prioritize making more sales.

Love this place the customer service is impeccable. Wide variety of beautiful outside furniture. So many ideas even braai equipment. The manager Ruan was so helpful, as I returned a week later. I had a problem with an outside lounger. The good service makes a person want to return every time. Delivery was also very quick.
