Absolutely disgusting service from Melissa, and they dont even seem to care after I told them multiple times that I'm not happy with their service, good riddance. They sell things that are easily found at cable apps, scoop, electron, Esquire and miro, dont bother with these people who dont care to retain your business, maybe they are right and their behaviour is that they are doing you a favour...

Integrated Forensic Solutions

Probably the worst professional conduct and service I’ve ever encountered. As CEO of Integrated Forensic Solutions I made contact with a Eurobyte Director Mr Roberto Vizcarra. I enquired about the possibility of a “demo unit”; they being the sole importers of: (a Geovision camera with a net worth of R3879); only to test for a period of 3 months. In terms of our company vision and mision not one International supplier have ever declined such a request due to the fact that the end solution will always play more towards the supplier’s favour. Not only did Mr Vizcarra possess basic communication skills to discuss the project details; but went as far to shut the phone down in the middle of the conversation. What a disgusting experience when distributors believe they own the market!!!!
