Friendly staff great with animals. They also facilitate pet travel as well which is a nice bonus. I'm always surprised at how cheap it is to board my cat at Paws and Claws. Would highly recommend them to any of my own family or friends.

Where do I even begin... Sunel and her team looked after my very special cat for over four months while he was being readied to fly to Switzerland. She managed all the vet appointments, took care of all the applications, booked the flights for me and communicated directly with the import company in Zürich. She was so incredibly efficient and such a pleasure to work with, and she was always on time! My cat wasn't stuck in South Africa for even a moment longer than what was planned! Whilst doing all of this she also took care to keep my beloved cat lovingly looked after in her very well run cat hotel. My cat got to interact with other social cats, her staff members and even her family members. Sunel's husband custom made a beautiful, large box for the flight and gradually introduced it so that when it came time for the flight my cat was as prepared as much as possible. There are no words in any language that can truly describe how grateful I am for everything that she has done for us. We actually went all the way from the Western Cape so that we could use Paws and Claws together with Aloe Vet for the emigration, and it was well worth the effort. If you are planning to leave SA and need to take your animals with you, use Paws and Claws!!!
