I received Andreas number from a friend as Windows did an update on my laptop and needless to say, they removed my biometrics; I couldn't remember my password so weren't able to log in. I researched a lot of ways to log in, and still keep my data, by bypassing the password through the bios, unfortunately I was unsuccessful after a few days of struggling. Within 2 days aftetbdropping off my laptop @PC Addict, he managed to backup my whole PC, reloaded Windows to a better version, setup my Windows Development Environment and they even added a antivirus program for better security, as I am a lot on Google. Very impressed with the friendly and reliable service. Definitely recommend them as a service provider.
