I just must scream my thank you's out to Penny... ️ Absolutely AGES ago (a good couple months at least) I contacted her regarding yoga post pregnancy to try get back into shape and she was such a darling! She directed me to her YouTube and Instagram page for exercises to do at home, because I'm not even close to her area and they have been such a life changer for me! So thank you Penny just wanted to let everyone know about the difference you made for me!

Penny Slein Yoga is a safe and calm space for me where I can let go and practice yoga in a beautiful and tranquil environment. Penny welcomes you no matter what your experience level and guides you while gently correcting you if need be and always encourages you. I use her Transcendence essential oil daily. I cannot recommend Penny Slein Yoga enough!
One year ago today when I stepped into the sacred space that is the studio of @PSY, it was the start of a glorious mind and body shift. I have been using PSY Essential Oil every night before bed. Transcendence is my favourite! My sleep quality is loads better. I'm not waking up as much during the night and my mind seems more settled. Thanks Penny.
I only discovered Penny recently and am already hooked on her wonderful classes. She is a brilliant teacher, very patient and caring. Looking forward to many happy hours on the mat with Penny and my fellow yogis!
My journey into yoga is quite new and I have so enjoyed Penny leading the way. She is kind and caring, but also has a 'live life to the fullest' attitude which I totally admire! Her oils are amazing, and I cant wait to collect them all! I would recommend anyone try a class just once with Penny and you will be hooked!
