Ms Lindiwe Msomi treated me very bad on 31 March 21 when I ask ed about the 2 MTN starter packs selling at different prices. She never answered me instead she asked me questions if I had read what was on the packs to which I said yes but was still not clear if the other was for data only. She argued with me and created the scene and everyone was looking at us and I could see she was enjoying the experience. I was so saddened by this encounter but I kept my cool as a professional. Please train your staff to be professional and considerate when dealing with us because she even uttered painful words that we customers look down upon them and I said how do you say that because I only needed clarity so I know if I needed to buy both starter packs if the other is for data only. When I advised that that's not the way to represent your products she said she works for Pep Cell and not MTN so there wasn't a need to sell MTN to me I guess. I was shocked to learn that she's the manager of the shop when I called later to try to report the incident. I was so disturbed so early in the morning because I went to buy a product but I was instead interrogated and grilled in public glare .
