Received such horrible service from this store. I purchased bedding that I wanted to exchange for something else, but had unfortunately misplaced the tillslip. The bedding was still in the original packaging, with the price tags still intact, and hadn't been opened. The manager was patronizing and rude, and refused to help me. She sarcastically called me "lovey", which is extremely unprofessional. I went to another branch and was assisted quickly, with no issues.

PEP Home is a place where you will be surprised what you find and the price you find it at. I have bought the best travel mug there O have ever had at a fraction of what it would cost elsewhere. I bought braai grid brushes below R10 when other shops charge R50 for the same thing. Great stuff for kiddies parties much cheaper than you would find at party stores. They get my vote!!!
