I am extremely dissapointed with the gel tips done on 18 August 2020. I requested almond shape and not a single nail has the same shape. Apart from the terrible shape, the quality of the application is terrible. Thicker on some nails, dips and bubbles. The tip was not blended correctly and you can clearly see a deep ridge. If the technician was not comfortable with the shape, she should have informed me. I would have changed my treatment to a different product or simply would not have proceeded. I will have to go to a diffrent salon to have it redone. Will not recommend their services.

Popped in for a pedicure treat and although I am happy with the toe nail repair and the gel, my toes are so raw from the filing that I cannot put my shoes on without scrunching up my toes and having to hobble around... so disappointed, however I remember now why I did not come back after the last one! you must NOT BE SO ROUGH with your customers.... I wont be back - ever.
Therapists need to learn basic customer etiquette ... greet yr customer with yr name, explain the treatment, don't chat loudly with each other and ignore yr customer etc. However, they do a good job of the treatment itself
